GIFT VOUCHERS AND CARDS
Holistic List gift cards and vouchers are available to be purchased on our site that can be applied to your account and used to purchase services and products.
APPLYING A GIFT CARD OR VOUCHER TO YOUR ACCOUNT
If you have been lucky enough to receive a Dochsa Holistic List gift card or voucher, you can easily apply them to your account by accessing your account and going to the gift card section where you can check your gift card balance and apply a new card. These can be used as cash on the site. We cannot refund or add lost certificates or cards.
From time to time we or our service providers may offer discounts in the form of a coupon either on a percentage or a fixed amount basis. Please apply these to the correct field on the checkout page to ensure you get the appropriate discount applied to your order. We cannot retrospectively apply it to a confirmed order. They cannot be used for cash or with any other offer and remain the property of Dochsa Ltd or the issuing service provider.
WHAT IS A GIFT CARD?
Each Holistic List Gift Card carries a monetary balance that can be used to purchase treatments, courses and spa bookings exclusively on HolisticList.co.uk or the Holistic List App. Gift Cards delivered via email include a unique 14-digit code that when entered prior to purchase, apply a reduction to the order total.
WHERE CAN I SPEND MY GIFT CARD?
Gift Cards are valid for online bookings and eVoucher purchases made via HolisticList.co.uk or the Holistic List App. Simply browse and book in at one of over thousands of practitioners and venues nationwide.
Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for all purchasable treatments and stays but cannot be used to purchase more Gift Cards.
If your treatment costs more than the value of the Gift Card, you can pay the additional amount at check-out. Similarly, if you don’t want to spend the whole gift at once, the remaining balance will stay in your Holistic List Wallet.
HOW DO I SPEND MY GIFT CARD?
Recipients can enter the code in the special field at the check-out when making a purchase. They will then be asked to create a Holistic List account, so they do not lose any remaining credit.
HOW LONG WILL MY GIFT CARD BE VALID FOR?
Your Gift Card balance will remain valid for twelve months after the date of purchase. The exact expiry date will be printed on the accompanying gift message card or, if you have opted for e-delivery, included in the Gift Card email itself. If you have added the card to an account, you will also be able to see when your balance is due to expire when you log in and visit the My Wallet section of your profile.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY GIFT CARD PURCHASE – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We offer a 14 day return policy on all Gift Cards, during which you can cancel your purchase, provided it hasn’t yet been added to a your account. If you have accidentally purchased too many Gift Cards or no longer wish to proceed with your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team on the below form.
