Are you experiencing: stress? anxiety? low energy? Do you want to increase your energy, manage your emotions and reactions?
Igetis leadership aims to help support and improve peoples well being, who are experiencing stress, anxiety or low mood. The outdoor workshops are designed to be a fun balance of learning how to achieve your goals and reconnect with nature. You will also be given coaching techniques, to improve your personal and professional wellness!
At the workshop we will discuss and practice:
– There will be a complimentary drink on arrival with nibbles and you are welcome to bring your own booze.
– Next introductions and a chance to get to know each other .
– Then the workshop.
