You can manage all of your appointments in two ways. 

Either on your specially created Google Calendar (created during setup) or via the business portal. 

All changes that you make in your connect Google Calendar or the Business Portal are syned automatically. 

So when you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment your patients are also told automatically. 

You can even block time (if you have a private appointment) or open up booking blocks for a specifc reason. 

We can accomondate most requirements. 

Your patients get a calendar invite and text with all the details of their booking.  They can easily add it to most calendars like; Google, Outlook, Apple. Reminders are sent out before  all appointments to ensure no-shows are kept to a minimum.

Patients can self manage their booking and reschedule (rules based), with the parameters you set.

Working with most financial institutes can be a daunting task.

We take that hassle away from you and now you can offer your patients online payments through Apple and Google Pay, PayPal, most credit and debit cards and DOCH – the Holistic List currency.

But we also recognise that some business need a little extra help post pandemic and we have allocated some funds to help these businesses.

Create a Listing

You can put a variety of information about your business and the patients you generally work with.  This will ensure you and the patients you want to work with find you. Tell them about yourself and the services you offer, where you studied, how long you’ve been practicing for, and so on.

Depending on the plan, dictates the number of images, video and if you can add a logo.These can be added at the signup or later via the back office. For images we recommend the following file types: .jpg, .jpe, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .ico, .webp.

You can follow our simple step by step guide to list your business here. If you get stuck, you can use the messenger service on the site and we will guide you through the process.

We will help you with this step of the journey.  Sending in a current pricelist with services, duration and prices is always useful.  We offer physical and virtual booking options.  So you will need to let us know which services can be offered online.  You can add Zoom, Video, telephone and Skype for virtual appointments.  You can also offer onsite or mobile services.

Business as Usual

You can get a massive discount with our Insurance Partners PolicyBee. They are able to customise your requirement to suit your business to ensure the correct cover at the most competitive price.

If you have changed your mind you can cancel your membership, within 7 days, for a full refund.  If want to cancel after this time and we have already started the vetting process we will offer a prorated refund depending on the work we have already completed and any outstanding balance on your account.  You will need to contact us with a brief explantion on why you want to cancel and we will be in touch.

If you have received a free membership offer, you can cancel at anytime within the period of your membership but no later that 30 days of renewal date, you will need to settle any outstanding balances before we cancel.  If you try cancel within the 30 days it will be at our discretion.

Please note our curated list has been created over a number of years and it is not possible to pinpoint when or how your informaiton may have been added.  Any information or business content has been added in accordance with UK Law.  

We pay you on a weekly schedule minus our booking fee. This can be paid via PayPal or direct into your bank account. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Customers can leave reviews for your business after they have had their appointment. These reviews come to you to approve that they are genuine first, before they are published on the site.
