During the treatment

This therapy is a ‘mind’ treatment so you will need to wear comfortable clothes that allow you to reach tapping points on your face, upper chest and hands.  Try not wear any jewellery or a watch.

The practitioner will first have a detailed consultation with you.  They will discuss the issue that you would like to work on, it is not always neccessary to know all the background details.  It is more about you being able to rate how you feel about the trauma or vice.  They use a scale to measure the level and use a number of tapping techniques to help reduce the number. 

It will take a number of session to reduce the trauma or get rid of a vice.  The therapist will guide you through some self healing techniques.  They may also offer a dditional services like TFT algorythm or VT.  these are well established treatments and may involve a telephone call or additoonal vists.  Set up front what you are prepared to work on and pay for.
